Pet Policy

Five Corners is pet-friendly community with no breed restrictions! Up to 2 pets are permitted per unit.   

Additional expenses apply for pets: 
  • 1 pet- one time fee of $300.00
  • 2 pets- one time fee of $500.00
  • Additional Monthly Rent:
    • 1 Pet = $30.00/Month
    • 2 Pets = $50.00/Month
Five Corners is partnering with the South Bend Animal Resource Center to reduce the non-refundable pet fee by 50% if an animal over the age of 1 is rescued. Documentation will be required. Contact the leasing office for more information.
